Chapli Kebabs

Delicious Chapli Kebabs Recipe



  1. Minced beef 1 kg
  2. Onions (medium) 2
  3. Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  4. Tara special masala 1tbsp
  5. Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
  6. Corainder seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
  7. Eggs 2
  8. Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  9. Green chillies 3
  10. Coriander leaves (chopped) ┬╝ cup
  11. Tomatoes 3
  12. Maize flour 100 grams
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Oil for frying


  • Put mince, onions, green chillies, red chillies, pomegranate seeds, ginger, 1 tomato, salt, maize flour and eggs in a blender. Grind well. Transfer this mixture to a bowl. Add green chillies and hot spice, mix with hands and keep aside for a while. Slice 2 tomatoes into rounds. Heat little oil in a frying pan. Make round kebabs with the mice mixture, place them in the frying pan and keep a piece of tomato on each. When they get golden from one side, turn them o ver and fry from the other side. Take them out in a dish.
  • Sere hot chapli kebabs with raita or chutney

*Note: to make tara special masla, frind 2 tsp black pepper , 3 tsp white cumin seeds, 2 tsp coriander seeds and 12 cloves in a grinder. Use as per requirements.
