Healthy Chicken Moroccan Salad Recipe

ingredients

  1. Chicken (boneless and boiled) 200 grams
  2. Dates 6
  3. Almonds 10
  4. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  5. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  6. Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  7. Hot spices powder ½ tsp
  8. Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
  9. Salt ½ tsp.

preparation

  • Cut dates down their length. Sliver almonds.
  • Cut chicken into chunky pieces and add dates and almonds.
  • Mix lemon juice, olive oil, cinnamon, hot spices, black pepper and salt in a bowl.
  • Add to the chicken and mix thoroughly.
  • Serve.
