Chickpea Kebabs

Delicious Chickpea Kebabs Recipe


  1. Chickpeas ½ kg
  2. Rice flour ½ cup
  3. Bread 3 slices
  4. Egg whites 2
  5. White sesame seeds 125 grams
  6. Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Green chillies 2
  10. Oil for frying


  • Soak chickpeas overnight and then grind them.
  • Put ground chickpeas, red chillies, green chillies, and bread slices without crusts in a bowl. Mix these well with your hands.
  • Beat egg whites in a separate bowl and take roasted sesame seeds out in a plate. Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
  • Make kebabs from the chickpeas mixture. First dip them in egg whites and then in sasame seeds before frying till they are golden.
  • Serve chickpea kebabs with various chutneys.
