Delicious Fish and Cheese Kebabs Recipe

- Carp fish (cut into pieces) 350 gms
- Bread 5 slices
- Cornflour 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Spring onions 2
- Mozarella cheese 100 grams
- Egg 1
- Oil for frying

- Remove skin from fish. Put in a chopper and mince.
- Make crumbs from bread after removing crusts.
- Put mince, bread, cornflour, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and finely cut spring onions in a bowl.
- Add grated mozzarella cheese and egg and mix well with hands.
- Make round kebabs from this mixture. Heat oil in a pan and fry kebabs till golden. Serve hot.
