Fish and Cheese Kebabs

Delicious Fish and Cheese Kebabs Recipe


  1. Carp fish (cut into pieces) 350 gms
  2. Bread 5 slices
  3. Cornflour 1 tbsp
  4. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  7. Spring onions 2
  8. Mozarella cheese 100 grams
  9. Egg 1
  10. Oil for frying


  • Remove skin from fish. Put in a chopper and mince.
  • Make crumbs from bread after removing crusts.
  • Put mince, bread, cornflour, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and finely cut spring onions in a bowl.
  • Add grated mozzarella cheese and egg and mix well with hands.
  • Make round kebabs from this mixture. Heat oil in a pan and fry kebabs till golden. Serve hot.
