Healthy Chicken Salad Recipe

ingredients

  1. Chicken (boneless) 300 grams
  2. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  3. Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  4. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  5. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  6. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste

Ingredients for spaghetti:

  1. Spaghetti ½ packet
  2. Olive oil 1 tbsp

Ingredients for salad:

  1. Cabbage (sliced) ½ cup
  2. Tomatoes (desseeded and finely sliced) 1
  3. Cucumber (sliced) 1.

Ingredients for derssing:

  1. Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  2. Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
  3. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  4. Green chillies (chopped) 1
  5. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste.

preparation

  • Mix chicken, garlic, black pepper, oyster sauce, lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil and salt in a bowl and set aside for a little while.
  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and cook chicken until it changes colour.
  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and cook chicken until it changes colour.
  • Allow to cool, cut into pieces.
  • Heat water in a pot. Add spaghetti and olive oil boiling for 10 minutes. Douse in cold water. Drain water and set spaghetti aside.
  • Mix all ingredients for dessing in a bowl and add vegetables.
  • Layer a large plate first with spaghetti and then vegetables, with dressing, and finally garnish with chicken pieces.
