Delicious Malai Kebabs Recipe


  1. 200 mince beef.
  2. 1 fine ground onion.
  3. 1 tsp ginger/garlic paste.
  4. 2 green chillies chopped.
  5. 1 tbsp chopped corunader leaves.
  6. 1/2 tsp hot spices powder.
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
  8. 3/4 salt.
  9. 1 tsp raw papaya paste.
  10. 1 beaten egg.
  11. 1/2 cup bread crums.
  12. 1 tbsp cream.
  13. Oil for frying.


  1. Finely grind mince in a grinder.
  2. Put found mince, papaya paste, hot spices powder, ginger/ garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, onion, Green chillies, coriander leaves and cream in a bowl and mix with hands.
  3. With we hands, make round kebabs.
  4. Immerse the kebabs first in beaten egg and then coat them with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heavy oil in a frying pan and fry the kebabs till they turn golden from both sides.
  6. Delicious Malai Kebabs are ready.
  7. Serve them with chutney.
